Reliance Jio, Vodafone and Airtel: Cheapest prepaid recharge packs available right now
In an effort to attract more customers, many telecom operators including Reliance Jio, Vodafone and Airtel have introduced affordable prepaid recharge packs.
Let's take a quick look at these plans:
1. Reliance Jio
Reliance Jio's Rs 19 sachet pack offers 0.15GB of 4G internet data, after consuming the mentioned amount, the internet speed gets lowered to 64 Kbps. The Rs 19 pack of Reliance jio is also loaded with free and unlimited local, STD and roaming voice calls. The Rs 19 sachet pack offers offers 20 SMSes absolutely free and this pack is valid for just one day.
Another sachet pack of Reliance Jio, the Rs52 pack offers offers 1.05GB of high speed 4G data with a daily limit of 0.15GB data, after which the internet speed gets reduced to 64 Kbps.
This pack of Jio comes with free and unlimited local, STD and roaming voice calls and 70 free SMSes. The validity is of 7 days.
2. Vodafone
Vodafone has announced a new recharge pack for a price of Rs 21. This plan will directly compete with Reliance Jio’s Rs 19 pack which offers 150GB of 4G data.
Under this new plan, users will get unlimited 3G/4G data access for a time period of one hour. This plan has a validity period of 24 hours.
Recently, the company had also introduced two new prepaid in India for a price of Rs 151 and Rs 158 respectively. The prepaid plan for Rs 151 will offer unlimited calling, including local, STD and roaming calls along with 1GB data a day for 18 days. This plan is currently valid in the Kerala telecom circle.
On the other hand, the Rs 158 plan also offers unlimited voice calling but, with a restriction of 250 minutes/day and 1,000 minutes/week. Additionally, the company offers and 1GB of 4G/3G data per day for 28 days. This plan will only be restricted only in the Kerala telecom circle.
3. Airtel
To remain ahead in the competition, Bharti Aitrel launched an offer to provide unlimited free calls and 4G data to its prepaid customers. Since the entry of the Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Jio in the telecom sector, an intense price war has been triggered.
Major industrial players like, Airtel, Vodafone India among others are coming up with new prepaid or postpaid plan to remain in the game. And in a bit to do the same, Airtel launched an all new Rs 59 pack.
The company is giving free unlimited calls on roaming to its prepaid customers who travel a lot. Besides, the Airtel special STV Rs 59 also offers 500MB 3G/4G data depending on the circle.
